Effective . These terms cover your use of homeschoolstudio.com. Your use of the Homeschool Studio product is governed by our Subscription Agreement, which you accept when you create an account. Where the two documents touch the same subject, the Subscription Agreement governs.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Nephium Unipessoal Lda, a company registered in Portugal (VAT PT519455916), Avenida da Liberdade 615, 1.º, 4710-251 Braga, Portugal, trading as Homeschool Studio.
2. Using this website
You are welcome to read this site, share links to it, and quote it with attribution. Please do not attempt to break it, gain access to parts of it that are not public, scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people, or use it to send anyone unsolicited messages.
3. What is on it
The text, images, design, and product screenshots on this site belong to us, apart from material credited to someone else. The Homeschool Studio name and logo are ours. You may not present our material as your own or use our name in a way that suggests we endorse you.
We describe the product as accurately as we can, and we keep prices and features current. Even so, this site is marketing rather than a contract: what your subscription actually includes is set out in the Subscription Agreement and on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
4. Links to other sites
Where we link somewhere else, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
5. Privacy and cookies
What we collect through this site, and who receives it, is set out in our Privacy Policy. The cookies we set are listed on our Cookies page, and the companies that process data for us on our sub-processors page.
6. Reporting content
Homeschool Studio stores what families put into it, and none of it is public: an account's content is visible only to that family, and nothing in the product publishes anything. If you nonetheless believe something held in Homeschool Studio is unlawful, or infringes rights you hold, tell us at hello@homeschoolstudio.com with "report" in the subject line.
Please give us enough to act on: what the material is and where you believe it to be, why you say it is unlawful or infringing, how to reach you, and a statement that what you have told us is accurate and given in good faith.
If you are reporting copyright infringement under United States law, include the statements required by section 512(c)(3) of the Copyright Act and address your notice to our designated agent, registered with the United States Copyright Office:

We acknowledge every report, decide it without undue delay, and tell you what we decided and how to dispute it. We tell the account holder as well, and give them the same right to dispute, unless the law stops us from doing so. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
This address is also our point of contact for authorities and for users under the Digital Services Act. We can be reached in English or Portuguese.
7. Availability
We aim to keep this site available but cannot promise it always will be. We may change or remove any part of it without notice. Nothing in this section affects the commitments we make about the product itself, which are in the Subscription Agreement.
8. Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to limit, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website.
9. Changes
If we change these terms, the new version carries a new effective date and applies from the time it is published.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there. Any translation of these terms is provided for convenience; the English text governs.
If we cannot settle a complaint between us, you may take it to the consumer arbitration centre for our district, CIAB – Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Consumo (www.ciab.pt), or to CNIACC (www.cniacc.pt). You may also record a complaint in the Portuguese national complaints book at livroreclamacoes.pt.
